How do I contact GV Hotels?

When are promo rates applicable? Walk-ins or Online Bookings?

GV Hotel promo rates are applicable for both walk-in guest and online bookings, for more information you can click here for our Room Rates

How can I reserve a room? I don't have a credit card.

You can reserve a room by contacting any of our branches or emailing us at talktous@gvhotels.com.ph, any reservations without payment can be cancelled if no payment is made via bank deposit, PayPal,and/or credit card.

Please note that all GV Hotels operate on a "Pay as you Check-in" Basis.

What can I do if I'm unable to use my room? Can I cancel, ask for a refund, or rebook?

We are sorry to hear that, unfortunately as per hotel and company policy, all paid bookings and reservation are non-refundable and non-rebookable, unless you choose the flexi/tariff rate, which is our regular rate, then you can rebook to your desired date, but not refund can be made. But make sure to rebook your booking before the check-in date.

For Promo rates, GV Hotels can rebook your booking, there will be a charge of Php224.00 per rebooking, your booking can be transfered to any GV Hotels, this is upon availability. The guest can choose a room of the same rate or higher, should there be any excess amount, the guest can pay the difference when he/she arrives at the hotel.

But for extreme circumstances, such as signal number 4 typhoons, then GV Hotels can make an exemption to rebook or refund your booking to any other GV Hotel or to the same Hotel, but this is upon availability of the chosen dates.

Do you give discounts to Filipino senior citizens?

Yes, we do give discounts to Filipino senior citizens, but will only be applicable for the Regular Rate and not the Promo Rate, since our promo rate is already discounted by 50%. For more information about our room rates click here

How would I know if my booking was successful? I did not receive my confirmation e-mail! Help!

Can't find your confirmation email? Kindly check the Spam folder of your email. If its not in the Spam folder, contact us, so we can check what happen and email you your booking confirmation. Thanks!

Do you offer "long-stay" discounts?
Looking to staying with us for an extended period of time?

Great news! we give discounts to almost all our rooms, in all of our hotels. The discount would depend on how many days you will be staying with us. Below are the terms and conditions for long-stay bookings:
  • 7 days to 13 days: 5% Discount
  • 14 days Above: 10% Discount
  • Only applicable for bookings made and paid online on www.gvhotels.com.ph
  • Full payment required upon booking online.
  • Discount is automatically deducted upon purchased online.
  • Applicable for single transactions, advance payment is required.
  • Combining several different transactions is strictly Not Allowed
  • No Refund
  • Rebooking dependent on rate chosen

Do you accept group bookings or bulk bookings?
Are you a big group? do you have a tour coming? and looking for an affordable and practical place to stay?

Please note that we will be requiring a 50% Downpayment for the booking to guaranteed and reserved. The remaining 50% Downpayment must be paid before Check-in. Bookings are unrefundable, but transferable to branch and date, but this is subject to availability. Any special arrangements must be approved by the management. Payment can be sent via bank transfer (Bank of the Philippine Islands).

What are you mode of payments in your hotel? Do you accept credit cards or debit cards?

As of the moment, only GV Tower Hotel in Cebu City accepts major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), the other GV Hotels only accepts cash (Philippine Peso).
For online bookings, our payment gateway accepts most Visa and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal, as of the moment, we are looking into tapping debit cards/ATMs and various payment centers (Pawnshops, Bayad Center, etc.) for other other modes of payments.

Do you have parking in your hotels?

Yes, we do. Most GV Hotels have parking, and they are free of charge, but it is usually limited and on a first-come first-serve basis.

I'll be arriving really early/late? Do you accept early/late check-ins?

For Early Check-in: Yes, we do!, but it is upon availability of the room you booked, we don't charge extra if you are able to check-in early. Please take note that early check-in in all GV Hotels begin at 7:00AM.

For Late Check-in: Yes, we also do! We don't charge you extra for arriving late. Don't worry, as long as your room is 100% fully paid, we will never ever sell or use your room. Just make sure to arrive within the first day of your booking, as indicated in your booking voucher.

I'll be checking out late, Is it possible to have a late check-out?

Yes, we also do accept late check-outs!, but it is only applicable if there is no one waiting to stay in your room or we have a paid reservation who will stay in your current room.

We do have a late check-out fee if you want to check-out late, it is 50% of the room rate of the room (ex. Standard Single is Php695/night, so we charge Php347.50). Please take note that late check-out in all GV Hotels is until 5:00PM only.

Do your rooms have airconditioning units?

Yes, they all do have airconditioning units, except for Non-aircon rooms, they use electric fans.

How many people can fit in your room?

What are the rooms inclusions?

Most rooms of GV Hotels include a basic toilet kit (towel, tissue paper, and a bar of soap), also all rooms also have there own toilet and airconditioning unit(or electric fan for non-aircon rooms)

Do you have wifi/internet connection in your hotels?

As of the moment, only Cebu City, Talisay City, and Lapulapu City have wifi in the entire hotel.

For the rest of our hotels, there is wifi but it is limited to rooms near the front desk (this is where the wifi is located) and the lobby area. Rest assured we are in the planning stages of rolling out more wifi facilities to our other hotels.

Do you serve breakfast or any meals?

Only GV Tower Hotel Cebu and GV Hotel Davao offer affordable breakfast, it is not part of the room rate/price. The rest of GV Hotels does not offer breakfast.

Are pets allowed in any GV Hotels?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in all GV Hotels, these include dogs, cats, and other animals and livestock.

Is smoking allowed inside GV Hotel rooms?

No, all GV Hotels rooms are non-smoking rooms, should a guest smoke inside a room, they will be asked to pay a penalty. Also, all GV Hotels are all non-smoking establishments, this includes the hallways and lobbies inside the hotel, guest can smoke outside the hotel or in designated smoking areas as indicated by GV Hotels.

Do you offer Airport/Seaport/Pier Transfers?

Unfortunately, GV Hotels doesn't offer Airport/Seaport/Pier transfers, we mainly offer practical budget room accommodations.

Do you offer wedding and birthday packages? as well as business functions?

Only GV Tower Hotel Cebu has the facilities to host a wedding and a birthday, also it can host business functions, such as meetings, small conventions, product orientations, and the like.

GV Tower Hotel currently have 3 functions rooms, the first function room is located on the 17th Floor which has an amazing view of Cebu and the Mactan Channel, this can accommodate 50-150 people. the second function room is located at the 7th Floor lobby area, it can accommodate 10-25 people, it is ideal for small meetings and gatherings, and the third is located at the 6th Floor, it can accommodate around 100-300 people.

Thank you for your interest of GV Hotels!, but as of the moment we are still ironing out the details of our contracted rates for travel agencies.

Do you accept corporate accounts?

Yes, we do accept corporate accounts, but this is upon approval from management and the accounting department.

Thank you for your continuing patronage! We truly appreciate it. We understand we have a lot of "suki" like you who choose to stay with GV Hotels.
